BELT SCRAPER

Carbide tungsten tipped finger scraper to suit 900mm belt.

Belt cleaners are situated at the discharge end on both conveyors, cleaning the drive drums below the tangent point of the head pulley.

Electrical Panel is mounted in weather proof enclosure with 415V/380V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, Allen Bradley starters with Allen Bradley SLC 500 processor allowing the unit to be fully automated or manually operated.

WHEELS AND AXLES

Radial Wheels	445/65 R22.5 8 stud 50/50 split tyre and rim wheel drive wheels (tractor).
Travelling Wheels	11 R22.5 10 stud tyre and rim wheel high speed (truck).

ROLLERS

Troughing Rollers	Ø 100mm troughing at 3 roll set for 900mm belt.

Both the main conveyor and the telescopic conveyor utilise Ø 5” (Ø 127mm) steel idlers with 35-degree troughs and, head and tail with 20-degree troughs each.
